Nothingness

To them, we stand blameless,

We believe the connection is timeless,

Conversations are endless,

Vulnerable we stand fearless,

Life, spontaneous,

Glorified we embrace life thriftless,

Vowing to trust them, spineless,

Gullibly, we believe it's homogeneous,

We sheepishly fill their world with happiness,

Satisfied, we are grateful for the holiness,

We give all we can in their neediness,

We believe the relationships are accepted with good seemliness,

Soon a single paradigm shift, cloudiness,

Our unlimited power sporadically changes, weakliness,

They disregard our relationships, unfriendliness,

Encroachment of severe loneliness,

The nerve to forget all we created, unfeelingness,

Single call turns to dispute, pettiness,

Emotionally numb the pain, weightless,

The past we cannot rewrite, fuzziness,

The realisation of all that it was founded on, phoniness,

When we can no longer serve their interest any more, we become meaningless,

Exemplified a twist of nothingness.
